1. Order Processing Times
All **A2Velas** products are hand-poured and packed in small batches. This careful, handmade process ensures the highest quality before shipment.
- Once your payment is confirmed, we require **1 to 3 business days** to prepare, package, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier from our workshop in Spain.
- You will receive an email notification with your **tracking number** as soon as your package has left our facilities.

Customers outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any **customs duties, import taxes, or fees** that may be applied in their destination country. **A2Velas does not cover these costs.**

5. Damages & Defects
If your **A2Velas** order arrives damaged (due to shipping handling), please follow these critical steps:
- Notify us by email at info@a2velas.shop within **48 hours** of receipt.
- Attach **clear photographs** of the damaged product and the exterior packaging.
We will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible upon verification.
