A2Velas Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these T&Cs carefully before using www.a2velas.shop. Effective Date: October 4, 2025.

1. General and Purpose

These T&Cs regulate the access, navigation, and use of the website, as well as the responsibilities derived from the utilization, supply, and contracting of products and services offered by **A2Velas**.

**Seller Identification:** A2Velas operates from **Spain**.
**Legal Capacity:** By placing a purchase order, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Products and Orders

Availability & Description: All orders are subject to stock. Due to the **handmade nature** of our candles, slight variations in color or design may occur. Prices are indicated in **EUR or USD** and include applicable taxes.

Purchase Process: An order is accepted by A2Velas only after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

3. Payment

We accept **Mastercard and PayPal**. The payment is processed through secure third-party platforms. **A2Velas never stores or accesses your full credit card information.**

4. Shipping and Delivery

**Delivery Times:** Are estimates and vary by destination. They start after the 1-3 business day processing period.
**Risk of Loss:** The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
**Incorrect Address:** You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Reshipping costs due to errors will be charged to the buyer.
**Customs/Duties:** Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import taxes and duties in their destination country.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without justification within **15 days** following receipt of the order.

**Condition:** Products must be returned **unused, in their original packaging** and in perfect condition.
**Return Shipping Cost:** **Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer**, unless the return is due to a defect or error by A2Velas.
**Damages:** If damaged, notify us at info@a2velas.shop within 48 hours with photographs.

6. Law and Contact

**Governing Law:** These T&Cs are governed by the laws of **Spain**. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Spain.
